How can I return a product?

You can return the product by contacting us at info@miamedic.lt.
Returns are processed in accordance with the Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania, dated June 29, 2001, "On the Approval of Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods".
The buyer has the right to return the product only if it has not been used, damaged, and its appearance has not been significantly altered. This means that the appearance of the product or its packaging can only be changed to the extent necessary to inspect the product. The seller has the right to refuse to accept the product back and refund the money if there have been careless changes that were not necessary for inspecting the product, including damaged labels.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes up to 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

How can I cancel an order?

Can I change the shipping address after placing the order?

Do you accept cash payments?
